Switching from MoeGo to Woof
Moving from MoeGo to Woof is free, and you don't have to do it alone. Export your client list from MoeGo and email it to us, and we'll move everything over for you: clients, pets, notes and future appointments. Woof is free for 30 days with no credit card, so you can settle in at your own pace.
Step 1: Download your data from MoeGo
MoeGo's help center describes a bulk export from your client list: open Client & Pet List, select all your clients "by checking the box next to Client Name", then click Bulk Edit and Export selected clients.
Want your future appointments to come over too? MoeGo says you can "click the Download button in the top-right corner of any report to export the current view as a CSV or Excel file", so download your appointment list as well and include it.

Step 2: Send it to us, and we'll do the rest
Email your files to support@woof.net, or send us a Google Drive or Dropbox link. We move your clients, pets, notes and future appointments, and we get started right away. When it's done, you're ready to book.
Prefer to try it yourself? If your export is one file with your clients and their pets, upload it in Woof under Clients › Import. Woof shows you exactly what it found before anything is saved. If it comes as separate files, or anything doesn't look right, just email them to us instead.

What you set up yourself
A few things are yours to choose, because they're how your business runs:
- Services, prices and lengths. Prices are never imported, so each one is a price you chose.
- Your online booking link, at woof.net/book/your-name.
- Appointment reminders by text and email, on the days you choose.
Running both while you settle in
There's no need to switch overnight. Book new appointments in Woof, finish the ones already booked in MoeGo, and move over fully once you're comfortable. Woof is free for 30 days and the trial needs no credit card.

Will my clients notice?
Your online booking link changes to your Woof link, woof.net/book/your-name, so update it wherever you share it: your website, your social profiles and your Google business profile.
