6 answers about services & pricing in Woof grooming software, one question per page.
- How do I book time off for a groomer, or close the store for a holiday?
One groomer away is time off on their schedule editor in Woof. The whole store closed is a closure under Settings › Holidays & Closures, where the suggested public holidays for your region are one click each.
- How do I add, rename or remove a service or add-on?
Step 1 of Settings › Grooming in Woof is your menu: bookable services with a duration and an online-booking switch, add-ons clients can add to a booking, and surcharges staff add at check-in. Add-ons extend the appointment and land on the invoice automatically.
- How do I set a groomer's working hours?
Each groomer's weekly schedule in Woof is what makes appointments bookable: on Step 3 of Settings › Grooming, choose Fixed Spots or a Flexible Calendar, set the working days and hours, and the calendar and your booking page follow.
- How do I set grooming prices by size and breed?
Step 2 of Settings › Grooming in Woof is a grid of your services down the side and your size bands across the top. Fill it once, add coat modifiers on top and any breed-specific overrides, and every invoice prices itself from the pet's size and coat.
- Can Woof set up a starter list of grooming services and prices for me?
Yes. On Step 1 of Settings › Grooming in Woof, Add from starter menu adds a typical grooming menu of services and add-ons in one click, and Fill with suggested prices on Step 2 gives the price matrix a sensible starting point you then adjust.
- How do I set my business hours?
Business hours are set once in Woof under Settings › Business Setup, Step 1. They show Open now or Closed on your booking page, cap what clients can book online, and are separate from your groomers' schedules.
