Woof Help
Question

Why can't I log in?

Check which tab you are on first: owners sign in to Woof on the Email tab, staff on the Team tab with the Account ID and username. If the password is the problem, Forgot password sends a reset link to the email on the account.

Check which tab you are on first. The sign-in page has two, and using the wrong one is the most common reason a correct password fails.

Owner: the Email tab

Enter the email address you signed up with and your password. If the same email is attached to more than one business, Woof asks which one you want after you sign in.

Staff: the Team tab

Team members enter three things: the business's Account ID, their username, and their password. The owner sets these up when inviting the team; if you do not know your Account ID, ask the owner. Your username is the one in your invitation email.

Forgot your password?

Click Forgot password under the form and enter your email (owners) or your Account ID and username (team). If an account exists, Woof emails a reset link. The page will only ever say that a link may have been sent; it will not confirm whether the address exists, which is deliberate.

If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam, and check that you used the address on the account rather than a personal one.

Still stuck

Send a support request from the sign-in page's Help link, or email support@woof.net from the address on your account so we can verify it is you.
