How do I move from MoeGo to Woof?

Welcome to Woof! Moving from MoeGo is free, and you don't have to do it alone. If anything doesn't look right at any point, email us your files and we'll take it from there.

Step 1: Export your data from MoeGo

1. In MoeGo, open Client & Pet List.
2. Select all your clients with the box next to Client Name.
3. Click Bulk Edit, then Export selected clients.
4. Want your future appointments to come over too? Open your appointment list report in MoeGo and use its Download button (top right) to save it as a CSV or Excel file.

MoeGo's steps can change. Their help center is the authority (checked 2026-10-14).

Step 2: Send it to us, and we'll do the rest

Email your files to support@woof.net, or send us a Google Drive or Dropbox link. You can also upload them from Clients › Import Customers & Pets with Request Assisted Import (up to 25 MB per file; choose MoeGo as the source). We move your clients, pets, notes and future appointments, and we get started right away. When it's done, you're ready to book.

Prefer to try it yourself?

If MoeGo's export is one file with your clients and their pets, upload it at Clients › Import Customers & Pets. Woof reads the columns by their headings and shows you exactly what it found before anything is saved. If it comes as separate files, or anything doesn't look right, just email them to us instead.

After the move

A few things are yours to choose: your services, prices and lengths (prices are never imported), your online booking link, and your reminders. The setup checklist behind the paw print walks you through each one.
