How do I email all my clients about a promotion?
Open Grow › Campaigns in Woof, pick an audience, build the email from blocks, preview it exactly as it will send, and send now or schedule it. Drafts save as you go.
Automations run on their own; a campaign is the email you decide to send this week. Both leave from your business name with your logo and footer.
Steps
- Open Grow › Campaigns and click New Campaign. Give it a name (internal, never shown) and a subject line.
- Who receives this: choose an audience. All clients, active clients in the last 6 or 12 months, new clients this month or in the last 6 months. The recipient count is live.
- Email content: add blocks in the order you want them: Heading, Text, Image (paste a URL), Button (label and link, your booking link is the usual one), Divider. Move or remove blocks. Set the banner colour and the short line under your logo.
- The preview on the right is the email as it will send; there is no separate template that could differ.
- Send now, or enter a date and time to schedule it. A scheduled campaign is sent at that moment on your store's clock.
Drafts and the list
The composer autosaves. The Campaigns list shows Draft, Scheduled (with when), and Sent with recipient counts. Open a draft to continue, or a scheduled one to change or cancel it (it goes back to a draft). A scheduled campaign whose send time passed without sending shows Overdue with a button to send it.
What you cannot see yet
Open and click rates are shown as coming soon: the email service does not report them today. Bookings attributed to a campaign are counted where the booking link was used.
Keeping it welcome
Campaigns go to clients who have not unsubscribed; every campaign carries an unsubscribe link. A client who unsubscribes stops getting campaigns at that email address, from every client record that uses it. Their appointment reminders, confirmations and receipts keep coming. Woof cannot add an unsubscribed address back yet. Send less often than you think, and put the booking button near the top.
