How do I send a report card after a groom?

Clients love them, and they are the cheapest marketing you have: every card ends with a rebook button and a review link.

Composing one

Report cards are written on the appointment at check-out, when the photos are fresh. After Complete Grooming:

1. Before Photo and After Photo (take them on the phone or upload). More photos can be added.
2. Observations: tap a value for coat, skin, ears, nails, teeth and behaviour ("Healthy & Shiny", "Light Tartar", "Doing Great").
3. Heads up: anything the owner should know (matting, a hot spot, a chipped nail) with a note.
4. A message to the owner, and the products you used.
5. Send. The card is emailed from your business name with a View Report Card button. Resend is available on the appointment afterwards.

The Report Cards automation under Grow › Automations sets the email's subject and wording and can be switched off. Report card via SMS on Notifications & Emails sends a text with the link instead (text charges apply).

What the client sees

A page with your branding: the pet's name, the date, the groomer, a before/after slider, the observations, the notes, a Book the next groom button, a Follow us row with your social links, and the review ask if Automated Reviews is on. Anyone with the link can open it; there is no sign-in and no expiry, so clients share them.

Where they are kept

On the pet's profile under Report Cards, on the client's portal under each past visit and on the pet's card, and in the Report Cards feed under Grow. The photos stay with the pet.

Variants

The grooming card is the one in use. A daycare version exists for when daycare ships; the fields are fixed per service type rather than custom questions, so cards stay consistent and searchable.
