What is on a client's profile page?
Woof keeps one page per household: the owner's details and contact buttons on the left, a tab per pet with its vaccinations and alerts, and every action for that family in one place, including Book Appointment and Create Invoice.
Open any client and you land on their family profile. It is built around the household, not the individual record: one owner, any number of pets, and the actions you take for them.
The header
The family name and the number of pets, then a row of tabs: Family (the overview) and one tab per pet. Click a pet's tab to see that pet alone. Book Appointment and Create Invoice sit in the header because they are the two things you do most from here.
The owner card
Initials, name, how long they have been a client, and their contact details with Call, Text and Chat buttons. A Portal Claimed badge shows when the client has activated their online account; if they have not, the profile offers to send the invitation.
The pencil icon opens the owner's details for editing.
Pets
Each pet shows its breed, age, size band and photo, with a red count on its tab when something needs attention (an expiring vaccination, for example). + Add Pet adds another pet to this owner. Opening a pet shows:
- Profile: breed, gender, altered status, birthday, weight, colour, species.
- Medical alerts: allergies, medications and vet details, shown as a box only when there is something to show.
- Vaccinations: one row per vaccine your store requires for that species, with valid, expiring or expired status and an Update now action.
- Custom fields: anything you added under Settings › Profile fields.
Alerts
Two banners can appear at the top: the client has not claimed their portal account yet, or a pet's vaccination is expiring. Both are computed from the record, not set by hand.
What is not on this page yet
Visit counts, package balances and lifetime value show "Not available yet" until those features ship. They are placeholders, not zeros: nothing on this page shows a number Woof has not actually calculated.
