Where is everything in Woof?

Woof is arranged around your day, not around our database. The left sidebar has three groups, top to bottom in the order you use them.

Run the day

• Today is where your day happens: who is arriving, who is here, who is ready to go home, and the check-in buttons for each.
• Schedule holds the calendar, online booking, the booking flow, recurring appointments, the waitlist and your groomers' schedules.
• Clients is every client and pet, plus the review queue for people who booked online for the first time.
• Money is invoices and payments, products and inventory, retail orders and the daily close.
• Messages is your two-way chat with clients.

Grow and understand

• Grow holds campaigns, reviews and the automations that run on their own: reminders, report cards, review requests, rebook nudges.
• Team is staff schedules and user accounts.
• Insights is the reports hub.

Settings and help

• Settings groups everything you configure once: your business, what you sell and how clients book it, clients and messaging, money, and programs like loyalty and coupons.
• Help & Support is this hub, Ask Woof, and the ways to reach a person.

Three things that work from every page

• The New button at the top of the sidebar (or the N key) creates a client, books an appointment or starts an invoice without leaving the page you are on.
• Search in the top bar (or ⌘K / Ctrl+K) finds any client, pet, booking or invoice by name.
• Ask Woof, the button next to search, answers questions about your own setup and points you to the right page.
