How do I add online booking to my website or social media?

Online booking only works if clients can find the page. Open Schedule › Online Booking and the Preview tab; everything you need to share is there, already filled in for your store.

Steps

1. Under Portal Link, copy Your booking URL with the Copy button. It is a short address like woof.net/book/your-business. Open in new tab shows you what clients will see; Email link drafts an email with it. If you shared a longer link from this page before, it keeps working, but the short one is easier to type and print.
2. Paste the link into your Instagram bio, the "Book" button on your Google Business Profile, your Facebook page, and your email signature.
3. Under QR code, click Download high-res and print it for the front desk, your window, flyers or business cards. Scanning it opens the same page.
4. If you have a website, go to Embed code. Choose the button style (Filled, Outline or Pill) and colour, click Copy embed code, and paste it into your site where you want a Book now button. The WordPress guide button walks through adding it as a Custom HTML block.
5. Back on the setup checklist, tick Put your booking link where clients are. Woof cannot see your Instagram bio, so this row is yours to tick.

Where it matters most

Most clients who book after hours come from a search or a social profile, not from your website. Do the Google profile and Instagram first; the website button is a bonus.

Changing your branding later

The page shows your logo, cover photo, brand colour and message from Settings › Business Setup › Client Portal & Branding. Change them there and every link you have already shared updates; the link itself never changes.
